At the Kansas City School of Music, we strongly believe that performing is an integral aspect of being a successful musician. Our students have the opportunity to perform regularly at festivals, competitions, and our monthly formal recitals. Students are required to play in at least two recitals each year. Adult students are encouraged, but not required, to perform in public. Recitals are held in our recital hall at our south Overland Park location.
